Estimated Time of Arrival

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If any items in your order are out of stock, this will be indicated on your account’s order details page.

The Estimated Delivery Date is determined by two key factors:

  1. Order Processing: Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. However, custom builds or special orders may require additional processing time.
  2. Transit Time: This is the duration it takes for your order to reach you after leaving our warehouse.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are approximate and do not include order processing time.
  • We currently only ship within Australia.
  • Items weighing more than 5kg cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
  • For an accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) based on your postcode and chosen carrier, please refer to the shopping cart page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on a “per item” or “per kg” basis, depending on the shipping method selected (Standard or Express). Occasionally, we offer free shipping on select categories or promotions.
